how to identify sources of supply, obtain and compare offers, negotiate with suppliers and monitor contract fulfilment
how to establish and maintain customer contacts, conduct consultations and sales talks, prepare offers, process sales orders and complaints
how to organise operational warehousing, including using electronic warehouse management systems, and monitor stock levels
how returns processes from customer complaints or supplier returns are handled, how to accept returned goods and check their further use
